Welcome to the Personal Trainer Program, available at our Denver, Colorado, school. Here you’ll learn real-world skills to qualify for entry‐level positions in the fitness training industry. The classes and curriculum found in our Personal Trainer Program are designed to teach you the specific skills required by the industry. This school will educate you on the different types of fitness training, client fitness assessment, anatomy and kinesiology, nutrition, weight management, biomechanics, focused communication/cueing techniques and more. Go from fitness enthusiast to fitness professional while helping others get in their best shape.
Personal trainers are trained professionals who coach and educate their clients through various workouts that focus on strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. By first determining their clients’ fitness goals, our trainers are able to develop an effective exercise program and lifestyle suggestions tailored to their clients’ unique needs.

Located right off of I-70, just west of downtown, our Denver campus features a student resource center, student lounges and fully equipped classrooms.
With access to 20 labs and classrooms, students often study in simulated, real-life settings as they prepare for their healthcare careers. The Denver campus includes a massage clinic and an esthetics salon that are open to the public, an X-ray lab, both a pharmacy and dental lab, and an instructional gym for personal training students.
Heritage College utilizes industry-standard equipment for our career education programs to ensure that students are prepared with the knowledge, skills and hands-on training needed for successful employment in their chosen field. Additionally, the campus offers a number of resources to assist students, and the faculty and staff are committed to the success of our students.
