Help put a healthier smile on someone’s face through the Dental Assisting & Dental Radiology Program available at our Denver, Colorado, school. Throughout the course you’ll receive training that will prepare you for a valuable job as a dental assistant, helping the dentist in the delivery of quality oral health care.
By the end of the program, graduates will be trained in dental x-ray procedures, patient assessment, billing, dental records, instrument sterilization and other skills designed to make them extremely well-qualified and ready to start work in a new dental assisting career.
WHICH DENTAL ASSISTING & DENTAL RADIOLOGY SKILLS WILL I LEARN?
- Review dental records and prepare patients for treatment, including taking X-rays
- Provide dentist with proper instruments and chairside materials
- Impressions, modeling, charting and polishing
- Fluoride treatments and whitening procedures
- Provide postoperative instructions and instruct patients on oral healthcare
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment, and place for easy access
- Instruct patients on dental hygiene and proper care of dental fixtures
- Apply sealant/anesthetic

Located right off of I-70, just west of downtown, our Denver campus features a student resource center, student lounges and fully equipped classrooms.
With access to 20 labs and classrooms, students often study in simulated, real-life settings as they prepare for their healthcare careers. The Denver campus includes a massage clinic and an esthetics salon that are open to the public, an X-ray lab, both a pharmacy and dental lab, and an instructional gym for personal training students.
