In some Heritage programs, students are given the opportunity to complete their courses utilizing a “blended” learning format.
WHAT IS BLENDED LEARNING?
Blended learning, hybrid learning, and flipping the classroom are common descriptors of blended education. Whatever one chooses to call it, this method of learning combines classroom and online instruction to maximize students’ learning potential and continues to gain recognition as an effective method of education.
The Heritage blended learning format allows students tremendous flexibility in their schedules. For many students, it is easier to work career training into their busy lives using blended learning courses because this format reduces the amount of time they spend on campus, enabling them to manage both family and work responsibilities.
With Heritage Blended Learning, discussions, assignments, lectures, and interactions can all be accessed wherever you have connectivity. Time spent on campus is focused on hands-on training to prepare for your future career. Check the program you are enrolled in to see if blended learning is available.
